Details Alexandra (Galina Vishnevskaya) is an elderly woman who visits her grandson Denis (Vasily Shevtsov) who is a soldier stationed at a remote military outpost. Leading exceptionally dreary lives, the soldiers have their spirits warmed up by Alexandra's doting ways.
