Details This documentary tells the story of 15-year-old Billy, a teenager in Maine who comes from a troubled past and has to deal with ongoing behavior issues. There are two things he's desperate for. One is to become a famous actor and rock star and the other is to fall in love. While his first goal make take awhile to attain, he does woo a pretty 16-year-old waitress in hopes of making her his girlfriend.
