Details Two friends both decide to enlist in Rio de Janeiro's Military Police Department. After successfully joining up, they then become a part of a Special Operations Squad, which is dedicated to going after the sinister drug kingpins who rule the city streets. Eventually, the difficult work and the struggle to maintain somewhat normal lives takes its toll on both men.
