When Simon befriends a Taiwanese woman, Song Fang Song Fang, who is studying at the university, Suzanne takes her in to help watch over the boy. Simon and his new babysitter are soon traipsing all over Paris seeing the sights while a mysterious red balloon seems to follow them wherever they go.
