Details | Photos Carter Page (Woody Harrelson) is a well-connected, gay Washington, D.C. socialite who likes to hang out with the wives of senators. When he's out with the ladies, Carter is the life of the party and is the closest confidant of many of these powerful women. But that friendship is put to the test when his best friend, Lynn Lockner (Kristin Scott Thomas), asks him to cover up a murder for her. Carter willingly does so and soon finds himself the prime suspect in the case. Thrown out of the social circles he so dearly loved belonging to, Carter has no one to turn to as he desperately tries to prove his innocence.
